All courses, workshops, videos, lectures, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Participation does not guarantee artistic, financial, or professional results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caitlin Winner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, courses, or materials.Ā 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Caitlin Winner for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or any course or content shall not exceed the amount you paid to Caitlin Winner in the twelve months preceding the claim.
